ADM2026 - Call for Special Sessions
The Department of Mechanical Engineering of the Politecnico di Milano and ADM (Associazione Nazionale Disegno e Metodi dell'Ingegneria Industriale) are pleased to announce the opening of the Call for Special Sessions for the ADM2026 International Conference, which will be held in Milan on September 9th-11th, 2026.
Special Sessions may address one or more Conference Topics, but they must be organized under a unified theme. These sessions are intended to provide a platform for research projects or specific groups of authors to present their work.
In addition to regular paper presentations, Special Sessions may also include invited speakers. Proposers are responsible for defining the full content of their Special Session. Organizers are not expected to launch open calls for papers to attract authors or presenters.
Furthermore, Special Session organizers must be able to manage the peer-review process of the proposed papers. A minimum of 5 accepted papers is required to form a valid Session.
Special Session proposals should be submitted via email to info@adm2026.com no later than May 25, 2026. Proposers must provide details regarding the Session's Title, Motivation, Background, and Structure.
The Organizing Committee, in collaboration with the Scientific Committee, will evaluate all submitted proposals and notify the proposers of their acceptance or rejection.
Please note that if the number of accepted papers for a Special Session falls below the minimum requirement, those papers will be reallocated to the standard Conference Tracks.
The main conference topics are outlined in the attached file:
